What this product does with your data
Nothing. CommsCrisis runs entirely in your browser. The incident facts you enter are processed by JavaScript code that you loaded from this site. No data you enter is transmitted to any server, stored in any database, logged, or shared with any third party. There is no backend system. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and no cookies used by this product.
When you click Generate drafts, the four draft texts are constructed on your device and displayed in your browser. You may copy them manually. When you close or refresh the page, everything is gone. The page does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other client-side persistence mechanism.
What data does leave your device
Only the page request itself: your browser fetches the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and fonts from the server that hosts this site. Those are standard web requests and are handled by the hosting provider. No incident data is included in any request.
Google Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font files, Google receives your IP address and the URL of the page making the request, as described in Google's privacy policy. You may disable Google Fonts by blocking fonts.googleapis.com in your browser or network configuration; the site will fall back to system fonts and remain fully functional.
No accounts
This product does not offer user accounts, logins, or profiles. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign out of.
No email
CommsCrisis does not send email. It does not collect email addresses. It does not operate a mailing list or newsletter. The mock checkout form on the pricing page does not transmit the email address you enter anywhere; it is a static demo.
Legal entity
No legal entity has been registered for this product yet. The operator has not supplied a company name, postal address, or registered jurisdiction. Until that information is provided, this privacy policy is provided on a personal basis by the product's operator and does not represent a registered organisation's commitments.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will be revised. Because the product does not store user data or contact information, we have no way to notify you of changes individually.
